Copyright And Licensing

Authors who publish with the Journal of Islamic Economics and Business Perspectives (CJIEB) agree to the following terms:

1.      Copyright
Authors retain the copyright to their articles. The publisher—Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Cordoba Banyuwangi—is granted the right of first publication.

2.      Licensing
All articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which allows anyone to use, share, adapt, and redistribute the work in any medium or format, provided the original work is properly cited and any derivative works are distributed under the same license.

3.      Author’s Rights
Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., posting to institutional repositories, personal websites, or books), with proper acknowledgment of its initial publication in JIEBP.

4.      Publisher’s Responsibilities
The publisher is responsible for ensuring that all published articles remain permanently accessible and are preserved through indexing services, digital repositories, and long-term archiving systems.
