In the face of economic digitalization, BMT Al Yemen Muncar must be able to keep up with existing developments, because almost all Islamic financial institutions use technological advances in terms of raising customer satisfaction, this is a step that must be taken by Islamic financial institutions so that they are not inferior to the various technological advances that have been carried out by conventional financial institutions. This research aims to analyze customer satisfaction and various customer problems in the use of the BMT Al Yemen application, which is reviewed from the use of this application from various circles, old and young, and the most important thing is that the researcher can find out the level of customer satisfaction during the use of this application and various kinds of problems that occur to customers when using this application, especially in the features provided by BMT Al Yemen. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of customers using the application. The results of the research conducted by the researcher show that customer satisfaction with the services provided depends on the suitability of customer expectations to the application, easy to access, easy to use, willingness to recommend to relatives and family, security guarantees, and an always-available network as well as available and complete features are customer satisfaction when making transactions
