Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of the integration of Islamic knowledge according to Ziauddin Sardar in building an Islamic economic system with qualitative research methods through literature study, with analytical analysis in the process of summarizing the economic phenomena that the author observes using scientific logic. The purpose of this study is to discuss the concept of Islamic science according to Ziauddin Sardar's thinking where there are ten parameters of science according to Sardar which consist of monotheism (oneness of God), caliph (leader), worship, 'ilm (knowledge), halal (permissibility), haram (prohibition). , 'adl (social justice), zulm (tyranny), istislah (public interest), and diya' (waste). According to Sardar, the parameters of Islamic science in this research will be integrated in building an Islamic economic system. The results in this study are the integration of Islamic knowledge in realizing a system that is founded on Islamic values, where the parameters of Islamic science in sardar thought have positive values (halal, adl, istihlah) and negative values (haram, zulm, diya'). this is a benchmark to find out what is allowed and what is forbidden and the principle of monotheism that prioritizes divine values as the core of this system. So that in building an Islamic economic system that can be reviewed through the parameters of Islamic science according to Ziauddin Sardar.
