This study aims to analyze the influence of Accountability, Transparency, and Stakeholder Participation on the Effectiveness of School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) management at SMK As-Syafi’i Jember, which is based on pesantren. Effective management of BOS funds requires the implementation of these three principles as a form of public and moral responsibility (stewardship theory), especially given the unique challenge of the centralized leadership in pesantren that could potentially limit participation. To achieve this goal, the study uses descriptive quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis on data from 80 selected respondents. The results show that Accountability, Transparency, and Stakeholder Participation simultaneously have a highly significant effect on the Effectiveness of BOS Fund management (Sig. 0.000). This simultaneous effect is indicated by the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.532 or 53.2%, which means that more than half of the variation in effectiveness can be explained by these three variables. The remaining 46.8% is influenced by other variables not studied. Partially, only Transparency has a significant effect, indicating that openness of information is the most dominant factor in this school.
